The SVPAP animal shelter contacted me to participate in a solidarity project, to illustrate one of their animals for an schedule, which they would sell to generate profits and donations and improve the lives of the shelter’s animals.
I had to illustrate the wonderful Paqui, a kitten who did not have much luck in life, they had to operate on her ears, and despite everything, the only thing she wanted was cuddles.
I had the opportunity to meet her at the animal shelter.
Unfortunately, she had been fighting cancer for a long time, which she could not overcome. It was an honor to meet her and illustrate her.

The Agenda that saves lives
This Shedule is not just a tool, it is much more. It allows to improve the life of animals that have not yet found a home. The agenda is based on three fundamental pillars:
๐ Solidarity, 100% of the benefits raised by the agenda will go to the more than 100 animals that depend on the shelter of the Valencian Society for the Protection of Animals and Plants (SVPAP).
๐ Functionality, we have designed a school and annual agenda (Sept 2021 โ December 2022). In addition, it includes tips to improve the lives of your pets, infographics of the reality of animal abandonment in Spain, note sheets and a long list of surprises.
๐จ The design, we have had the altruistic support of 18 artists (with very varied styles). 16 months (and cover) have been illustrated with 18 true stories of animals that have left their mark on the SVPAP shelter.
